Nem ellentétek, hanem párhuzamok

„Bach, vagy Kurtág, vagy mindkettő?” címmel izgalmas előadásra került sor a Királyi Váróban, ahol J. S. Bach művei mellett kortárs magyar szerzők műveit tárták a hallgatók elé élvonalbeli művészek: Dobozi Borbála, Horváth Béla, Ittzés Gergely, Lakatos György. Az újszerű kezdeményezés nagy sikert aratott. 

„A párosítás talán szokatlannak tűnik, pedig a barokk és a kortárs zene között sok a párhuzam. A barokk az a műfaj, amit a fiatalok jelentős része is elfogad” – tudtuk meg  Ferenczi Annától, a Gödöllői Szimfonikus Zenekar Alapítvány kuratóriumának elnökhelyettesétől. Mint elmondta: „Mindkettő él az improvizáció adta lehetőségekkel.” Ezzel az előadással elsősorban a fiatalokat, az egyetemistákat szerették volna megszólítani, közelebb hozni hozzájuk a kortárs alkotók műveit, amelyek azonban sokak számára kevésbé érthetőek. Ehhez sikerült megnyerni partnerként négy, a szakma élvonalából ismert művészt, akik mind a barokk, mind a kortárs zene jeles képviselői. Közülük  Lakatos György fagottművész, nem csak muzsikusként, hanem mint zenei „idegenvezető” is segített magyarázataival eligazodni ebben a zenei közegben.

Az alapítványnak távlati célja, hogy a Zene Világnapja „környékén”, mintegy felvezetve az ünnepet, ilyen előadásokkal mutassák be a kortárs zene értékeit.  A közönség érdeklődése találkozott a kezdeményezők elképzelésével, az első est telt házat hozott. Szintén zenei idegenvezetéssel rendezik meg a zene világnapjának ünnepi koncertjét október elsején a Chopin zeneiskolában. A Cantus Ludus koncertjére lapzártánk után kerül sor.
